Workshop - Introduction to Kinstretch


When: Tuesday Evenings 6pm - 7:15pm for six weeks (July 9 until August 13).

What is Kinstretch?

Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion.

Based on the ‘Functional Range Systems’ methodology that is currently used by athletes and teams in the NBA, MLB, NFL and PGA Tour, it is the only group class designed to improve joint health and resilience through scientific principles.

Classes typically involve a combination of active stretching, strengthening and body control exercises that are performed barefoot on a mat, similar to a yoga class.

About this workshop.

Classes are 75 minutes in length and I will limit the class size to 6 people in order to give you the best, most personalized experience possible.

While not intended as a replacement for any of your current activities (such as Yoga, Pilates, etc) it is intended to complement them and may actually help you get better at them.

Who should attend?

This workshop is intended for people that are new to Kinstretch and are interested in gaining more mobility and control over their body, and want to try it out in a friendly, small-group setting.

  • It is ideal for anyone that wants to improve the way they move and feel. All fitness levels are appropriate and you don’t have to be flexible to participate.

  • Kinstretch is also a great option for athletes and fitness enthusiasts looking to add mobility training to their program. This is often the missing link that can boost performance and mitigate risk of injury.

  • Kinstretch is not intended to treat or diagnose injuries. Anyone experiencing pain or an injury should seek out the appropriate medical professional for help.
